Who is Simon Burrows?
Simon Burrows produces high quality bespoke furniture and also hand crafted kitchens from his workshop in Beeston Nottingham. Working mostly to commission, using all hardwoods, Simon creates furniture and home accessories that compliment the natural state of wood.
Why is it important?
Wood is a desired commodity, much loved and close to our natural instinct to touch. Something in our soul connects us with its look, smell and feel. My longing for creating art using the natural beauty of "the tree" leads to furniture that combines an appealing art form with practical functionality.
